Before you start.
How and when do I pay?
You pay the full price on PayPal, securely. Boost, Creator and Epik are a one-time payment. Highlights is a monthly subscription ($55/mo or $130/mo): you are charged every month and you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account.
When do you start working on my pack?
Production and delivery times start once your brief is complete and your payment is made. After paying you book a short call to complete it.
What do I need to get started?
Tell us who you are as a creator, what content you make, which platform you stream on and how you want your channel to look. A logo, colors or references help, but they are not required.
Do the packs work for several platforms?
Boost and Creator are designed for a single platform (Twitch, Kick, YouTube or TikTok). The Epik pack includes multi-platform OBS setup.
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. Overlays, banners, emotes, panels, badges, alerts, highlights, TTS and OBS setup can be ordered à la carte, priced per unit.
What about revisions?
Each piece includes one (1) revision at no extra cost. From the second revision on the same piece there is an extra charge, quoted according to the piece and the change requested. Revisions are counted per piece, not per project.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, you are charged for the work done to date plus any external costs incurred, according to our cancellation and refund policy.
What is TTS?
It is text-to-speech access for your stream: donation messages are read out loud live. À la carte it costs $85, without a custom voice. In the Epik pack it appears as "TTS ($72.25 with a 15% discount)".
