How the subscription works

• Full price each month. Each month the plan’s full price is charged on PayPal.
• Recurring. The service renews month to month as long as your subscription stays active.
• Cancel from the portal. You go into your PayPal account and cancel. You don’t depend on anyone else to opt out.
• Work already done. What has already been produced for the current period falls under Epik’s cancellation and refund policy, which charges for the work done plus any external costs generated.

How it works

1. You subscribe on PayPal. You choose Highlights 10 and pay the full month.
2. You give us your brief. The Streamer brief asks about your personality, your community, the kind of content you make (games, schedule), your main platform, how you communicate and your visual style. For Highlights, that turns into tone, style and criteria for choosing what to show. You send it over WhatsApp or Discord.
3. Production and delivery. They start once the brief is complete and the payment is made.
4. Revisions. Each piece has one revision included; from the second one, an extra charge. The count is per piece, not for the month as a whole.

Common mistakes

• Choosing a volume you won’t use. If you won’t stream regularly, a bigger plan doesn’t give you more material.
• A generic brief. If you don’t say which kinds of moments represent you, the selection criteria have less to work with.
• Not setting your limits on humor and topics. The brief includes limits on humor, controversy and opinions. Fill it in; it avoids revisions and misunderstandings.
